Penance provides the forgiveness of venial sins, those lesser offenses that do not cut us off from God. It also imparts a certain increase in sanctifying grace and provides the spiritual strength to combat evil and grow in holiness.
It involves a careful examination of conscience; contrition, perfect when motivated by love and imperfect when it does not; confession; and satisfaction or the carrying out of certain acts.

Having lots of Haste rating allows you to react to damage quicker and reduce the chances of overhealing. This enchantment is useful for all healers but it’s particularly good for Holy Priests.
